| Forms to register as a foreign resident and to register
your name stamp are handled at the Foreign Resident Registration Counter
of the Citizen's Section in the Main Building (No. 5). Various certificates
that foreign residents may need -such as a certificate of items registered
in the foreign registry and name stamp registration certificate -may
be issued at branch city offices and citizen service corners. |

| ●Automatic Certificate Issuing
Service |
| With automatic certificate issuing dispensers, you
can obtain a name stamp registration certificate (you must have your
name stamp registration card) speedily and easily by pressing a few
buttons. It takes about two minutes to receive one copy of the certificate.
You will need to bring your foreign resident registration card to
register for a secret number, which you will need to use any automatic
certificate issuing dispenser. If your name is written in the Roman
alphabet only, you cannot use the dispenser. Since there are other
instances as well where you may not be able to use the issuing service,
please confirm at the counter. Automatic issuing dispensers can be
found at the following locations: Kanazawa City Hall, Main Building,
Citizenﾕs Section; Izumino Branch Office; Moto-machi Branch Office;
Kanazawa Train Station Citizen Service Corner; Shin-Kanda Branch Office;
Ekinishi Branch Office; Nuka Branch Office; Uchikawa Community Center;
and Yuwaku Community Center. |
